We have officially met clinical safety standards and passed the Digital Technology Assessment Criteria by NHSx
The DTAC ensures that companies meet NHS standards in the following five components: Clinical Safety, Data Protection, Technical Security, Interoperability, and Usability and Accessibility.
Each component of the DTAC is assessed under a pass/fail criteria, except for Usability and Accessibility, which is given a percentage score.
We are pleased to say that PHP is officially DTAC compliant – with a pass in every component – and a 70% score in the Usability and Accessibility section.
The assessment has helped us validate our system, as well as identify some areas that can be further improved – and we are keen to use these recommendations regarding accessibility. Building on our current statement means that we can gain full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standards.
